Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot offer returns. However, if you are unhappy with your product we will work with you to make the situation right. If there was an error in the product or damages during shipping we will gladly send you a new product. Just reach out to our support within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you place an order and change your mind we allow a 4 hour window to cancel the order. Anything later than 4 hours, the cancellation will be granted at our discretion. The reason for this is our designer start working as soon as your order is placed. If you request a cancellation and your order has already been made we will charge a $10 art fee to cover the cost.
If you wish to change the picture you have submitted with your order please do so within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting support.
